Meet Sondra Lee, M.Ed., MBA, CCH, RTTP – A Rapid Transformational Therapist trained by Marissa Peer, a world renowned therapist.

I’m Sondra Lee, a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist based in Fairfield, Iowa with over 20 years of experience in somatic healing, mental health and trauma resolution—both as a clinician and in leadership roles in Women's Services Agencies.

In my private practice, I offer an advanced, personalized, results-driven alternative to traditional talk therapy. My approach is designed for women who are ready to move beyond insight alone and into true transformation. In an environment of safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment, I ensure clients feel in control, heard and respected. I can gently guide you to transform without activating past trauma responses.

Time alone does not heal trauma stored in the body. Many women come to me after years—sometimes decades—of trying to “move on,” only to find themselves still living with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, low self-worth, or symptoms of complex PTSD. This is especially common for those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, childhood trauma, or sexual assault. These experiences leave the nervous system stuck in a state of danger, even long after the threat has passed.

I believe healing begins by going within—by gently addressing the unseen wounds that live beneath the surface. In my work, I have yet to meet a survivor of abuse who did not carry signs of complex PTSD. But I have also seen, again and again, that it is possible to move beyond survival and into a life that feels safe, grounded, and truly your own.

My mission is to help women heal  deeply stored trauma at the somatic level, release the constant sense of threat, and reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and self-worth. I offer a compassionate, mind-body-based approach that honors your pace and restores a sense of choice, safety, and trust throughout the healing process. Through deep somatic trauma healing, my work supports you in:

  • Identifying and healing the unresolved trauma stored in the body—not just understanding it intellectually.
  • Strengthening recovery through mind–brain–body integration, informed by neuroscience, polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation, and positive psychology.
  • Reclaiming your sense of self, so you can live with greater confidence, self-compassion, and emotional freedom.

I don’t believe you are broken. Your body learned how to survive overwhelming experiences. With the right support, it can also learn how to feel safe again.
