Therapy Process

Both virtual and in-person Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions offer unique benefits. Online RTT sessions provide convenience, flexibility, and accessibility, allowing clients to receive treatment from the comfort of their own homes, without the need for travel. This can be particularly advantageous for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or limited access to local practitioners. In-person sessions, on the other hand, offer a more personal, face-to-face experience, which some clients may prefer. In-person sessions also allow the practitioner to observe non-verbal cues and create a more immersive, focused environment. Ultimately, the choice between virtual and in-person RTT sessions depends on individual preferences, needs, and circumstances.

Sessions

Once you’re comfortable, you will be guided into a state of hypnosis using a calming induction technique. Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened focus and deep relaxation, and you’ll remain fully aware throughout the process. This state allows access to your subconscious mind, where many limiting beliefs and behaviors are rooted.

The Therapist will use specialized techniques to help you uncover the source of your issues, whether they are related to self-esteem, fears, or other emotional blocks. Once these root causes are identified, the Therapist will guide you through a process of “reframing” the beliefs, replacing negative thoughts with empowering, positive suggestions. This transformation work is designed to facilitate rapid and profound changes in your mindset.

Follow Up

After your RTT session, the Therapist will bring you out of hypnosis and discuss any insights or breakthroughs. To reinforce the changes, she will provide you with a personalized audio recording that you should listen to daily for 21 days.

This recording helps embed the positive suggestions in your subconscious, solidifying the transformation.

The Therapist will follow up with you weekly by phone for the first 30 days with you to track progress and address any concerns.

INtake

Your RTT session starts with a brief intake and consultation. During this time, you and the Therapist will revisit the goals outlined in your intake form and discussed during your discovery call, and explore the issue in more depth to identify any root causes. This process allows you to gain clarity on why you’re experiencing these challenges and helps build a strong therapist-client connection, which is crucial for achieving lasting change.

Recordings

RTT uses language that sparks the imagination. The words and recording are customized just for YOU. Your personal recording is essential to clear the unwanted past and embed your new truths into your mind. Your job is to listen for 30 days or longer if you choose. The recording lays down new pathways and connections between neurons. As new pathways are strengthened, new behaviors become second nature. Many clients find their personal recordings so relaxing and affirming they continue to enjoy this personalized, positive meditation for months.
